Privacy

Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what information Ballintra collects, why, and how it is handled. It applies to ballintra.com.

01What we collect

Ballintra collects personal information only when you choose to provide it — principally when you submit the contact form or email us directly. This may include your name, company or organization, email address, and whatever you write in your message.

The site is static and does not run advertising or third-party marketing trackers. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log standard request information such as your IP address as part of delivering the fonts.

02How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to have a conversation about a possible engagement, and to follow up where appropriate. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you, or where required by law.

03How it is stored

Contact-form submissions and emails are processed through third-party services used to run this site and our email. Those providers process the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.

04Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. To make a request, email hello@ballintra.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or applicable US state privacy laws; we honor those rights where they apply.
